Universal Pictures Classics (officially Universal Classics Pinball) is a collection of three tables based on classic, renowned film franchises distributed by Universal Pictures. All three tables reproduce and utilize iconic video and audio cues from the films.
The three film franchises represented, Back to the Future, Jaws and E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial, previously made a simultaneous video game appearance in the 2001 GameCube video game Universal Studios Theme Parks Adventure, a poorly received mini-game compilation game published by Kemco.
Tables[]
The three tables in this pack, in order of release of the original source material, are:
- Jaws: Recounts the terrifying clash between the citizens of Amity Island, New York and a giant great white shark dubbed "Jaws", providing an opportunity for the player to take either side of this battle over the beaches.
- E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial: A young boy named Elliott encounters a lost alien and goes to great lengths to protect him and help him find a way to contact his planet so that his people can bring him back home.
- Back to the Future: Teenager Marty McFly experiences the thrills and perils of time travel via a time machine invented by scientist Dr. Emmett L. Brown. This dynamic table can change its appearance across each era visited by the two.

All three tables were released simultaneously on September 26, 2017, marking the 35th anniversary of E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. The tables can be purchased separately in Pinball FX 3 and the Zen Pinball mobile app. The tables were made available in Pinball FX 2 VR the following summer.
